Technology and its advancements brought a lot of changes to the lifestyle. You get everything at your door step from pin to plane. Unfortunately, the rapid lifestyle with hi-tech gadgets and amenities are accompanied by many health ailments, called lifestyle diseases.

Until a few decades, there were no such specific groups of diseases called lifestyle diseases. Almost 6 in 10 people are suffering from one or other kind of lifestyle diseases. They are called so because these diseases are the outcome of sedentary and inactive lifestyle. Dr sathees n is the grandson of the ayurveda legend VAIDYA C N NAMBOOTHIRI, founder of Dhanwanthari Vaidyashala in 1933 and now heading the reputed brand along with his father Dr CNN Namboothiri & brother Shri Anoop Namboothiri.
